Shipping Policy

Shipping fees:

Free Shipping* for orders over CA$69 before tax.

A flat shipping fee of CA$6 for orders under CA$69 before tax.

Contact us at info@purrre.ca if you’re purchasing from countries outside North America, Australia, and the UK. 

*Not applicable for Australia and the UK orders. A flat shipping fee of CA $10 will apply.

Shipping time:

All orders will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that there will be some delays for the shipping carrier to update the tracking number and shipping status.

The items will be delivered from Canada to North America Area in 3-7 days (for orders after June 1st, 2021). For other countries, the items will be dispatched from China and the shipping time will be 15-30 business days. Possible international shipping delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are sorry for this inconvenience in advance. Please contact us at info@purrre.ca or through live chat if you need express delivery. Additional fees may apply.

You can cancel your order within 48 hours after your purchase. The shipping company is unable to cancel or return any delivery after the parcel is sent out.

Items will be delivered within 72 hours after the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to avoid cross-infection between pets, we do not accept any forms of exchange or return.  However, if there is a defect from the manufacturer, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@purrre.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
