In order to avoid cross-infection between pets, we do not accept any forms of exchange or return. However, if there is a defect from the manufacturer, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@purrre.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We offer free standard shipping* on all orders above C$69! Under C$69 our standard shipping is a flat C$6.

The shipping time in North America Area is 3-7 business days. For other countries, the shipping time is 15-45 business days. Please contact us at info@purrre.ca or through live chat if you need express delivery. Additional fees may apply.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours. As the shipping company is unable to cancel or return any delivery, you can only cancel your order within 48 hours after your purchase.
